HVAC Service Technician

Our customer is looking for HVAC Technicians to join their team. Candidates should be familiar with standard HVAC installation procedures, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer service. The right individual can look forward to a positive work environment with increased opportunities for advancement within the company. Must be able to pass a criminal background check, clean driving record, and drug test.

This is a long-term temporary assignment that can become permanent.

HVAC Service Technician Duties and Responsibilities

· Removing old systems

· Installing new systems

· Performing routine maintenance

· Communicating with clients and customers

· Documenting all tasks performed at each service appointment

· Ordering and maintaining equipment

· Meeting local HVAC codes

HVAC Service Technician Skills and Qualifications

· Removing old HVAC equipment so new systems can be installed

· Running pipe and duct systems through homes

· Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams

· Understanding refrigeration cycles

· Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature

· Creating customer invoices and processing payments

· Must have an HVAC EPA Certification

· English/Spanish Bilingual preferred, but not required

· Minimum of 2 years' experience working as an HVAC Service Technician

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Turlock, CA 95380: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• HVAC: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• EPA Type II (Required)
