Due to growth, we are seeking Residential Water Heater/Water Softener Service Technicians for the Visalia, CA area. Average techs can earn up to $25-$40 per hour based on experience including commissions!!

Our Service Technicians are responsible for servicing all system issues on time and to the customer's satisfaction. These specialists will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing customer systems, selling, and installing water heaters/water filtrations, performing scheduled maintenance, performing warranty work, and suggesting and performing system improvements, modifications, etc. to current customers. This position has working conditions that expose you to various weather conditions and require you to work outside normal working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma/GED

• EPA Cert

• Self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to influence decision makers

• Ability to work irregular and extended work hours to include weekends and on-call

• Superior troubleshooting/diagnostic and repair skills for residential equipment

• Clean driving record

• Must submit to a drug screening and criminal background check
