$2500.00 sign on Bonus

Non-commission. EHC does not force our service techs to be salesmen. Service/Install work only-no sales, no collecting. EHC does not believe it unnecessary or unethical sales to our customers.

Yearly bonuses based on performance-NOT sales.

Ideal candidates should have at least 4 years of HVAC Service Technician Experience.

Service, Repair, Maintenance and Installation of HVAC & Refrigeration equipment.

Work unassisted with little to no supervision. Support is provided as needed. Service technicians are expected to perform daily duties independently.

Service Technician will be required to review each work order and daily schedule to perform any necessary tasks, troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, maintenance or installation associated with each service call or project.

Professionally communicate with customers, management, office staff, co-workers, and suppliers via company provided phone and email. Check phone and email during scheduled hours and on call rotation.

Company provided laptop and cell phone are required to be used in order to check schedule, notes, submit service tickets, photos, and all work order notes.

Company provided service vehicle will be used to drive to and from employee home to service call or job. Service Technician does not always report to the office/shop first. Most days start on the jobsite or service call location.

Technicians are on call for 1 week at time (Monday-Sunday). Perform after hours service calls. Call week premium/bonus given. Frequency of rotation and scheduling is coordinated by manager. Call scheduled posted in December for the entire following calendar year. Holidays are rotated between service techs.

Care for company issued vehicle, electronics, tools, and supplies.

Valid driver’s license

Willingness to learn and develop skill sets

Basic service tools required.

Universal EPA Certified.

Required to pass background check and drug screen.
