FVK is recruiting for a hospitality focused HVAC Maintenance Tech. to join our team! This position is responsible for performing HVAC and maintenance functions throughout the community.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Tech:
- Performs routine preventive maintenance on all HVAC equipment and its components, as directed by supervisor.
- Performs minor building and equipment repairs as they pertain to HVAC
- Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Appropriate HVAC certifications and proven work history in the field required.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic
