Best HVAC Inc is looking for a qualified and experienced installer to join the team just in time for summer! We are looking to hire a detail-oriented HVAC installer to install, HVAC systems on new and existing homes. The HVAC installer will be skilled in cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems.
To be successful in this role, customer satisfaction, safety, and comfort should be your top priority. Ideal candidates will be patient, and have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills. Qualified applicants will display winning attitudes, competent skills, and desire to be a team player.
Job duties include, but are not limited to, new home installation and existing home change outs.
HVAC Installer Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent.
- 1+ year experience as an HVAC installer, and willingness to continue education in HVAC field.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
- Ability to work in confined spaces.
Pay is $19-$24 DOE. The future prospect will receive one week of paid vacation and seven paid holidays after one year of employment. Health insurance is employer matched through Alive & Well.
