Job description
Sky HVAC is offering paid HVAC apprenticeships for people with little or no experience in the HVAC field through its SOAR Training Academy, which is certified by The National Center for Construction Education and Research.
Unlike college HVAC programs where students pay for classes or must take out student loans, SOAR apprentices are paid employees of Sky HVAC during their training. Also, apprentices can elect coverage in the full suite of Sky HVAC’s health benefits during the program.
Upon completion, the student will have nationally recognized credentials and be employed full-time by Sky HVAC in one of its locations in the Carolinas.
The SOAR Training Academy is offered in each Sky service location: Asheville, Charlotte, Hickory, Winston, Raleigh, and Charleston with classes starting every few months.
SOAR is currently accepting applications for the next apprentice class which starts on May 15th, 2023. Spaces are limited.
