At Nestlé Purina PetCare, we’re a “safety first” culture, driven by a zero accident, zero defect, zero waste mentality. As a HR and Safety Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing professional customer oriented, high-quality services. You will support the Human Resources, Safety Department and Eden Factory. You must develop, control, and maintain the plant’s communication systems and will have daily interface with employees and outside customers.
- Perform all responsibilities associated with staffing main guest/visitor entrance
- Maintain and update sign in forms for Factory and guard house
- Audits and organizes all safety observations, permit to work, and risk predictions
- Assist Human Resources with on-site interviews and administrative paperwork associated with interviews
- Assist in preparation of meetings by ordering meals
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in, administrative, clerical, customer service, or related field add excellent communications and organizational skills
PERFERRED
- MS Office experience
- Manufacturing experience
