We are seeking a HR Manager to join our Services team!

As a business partner, the HR Manager actively collaborates with other members of the leadership teams to develop and execute HR plans enabling achievement of short- and long-term goals and cultivating a high-performance culture reflective of the company’s values, mission, and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with VP/CCRO to develop and implement comprehensive employee experience strategies that focus on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
  • Partners with business leaders to prioritize needs and creates plans to address those needs and move the organization forward.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and productivity.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing direction, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Conduct regular analysis of key metrics and provide appropriate recommendations for solutions.
  • Meet with employees and/or leaders to support appropriate disciplinary action, complaint investigation and employee relations issues.
  • Administer compensation and performance management programs, partnering with leadership to recommend changes as necessary.
  • Lead and facilitate the lifecycle of an employee and foster performance aligned with business objectives, behavioral competencies, and individual development goals.
  • Ensure company is complying with federal, state, and local legal requirements; advising leadership on needed actions to maintain compliance.
  • Partner with leadership in planning and budgeting for staff-related costs (payroll, benefits, training, development, etc.). Actively participates in the annual budget process.
  • Partners across the company in tactical and succession planning/development for their teams to ensure department leaders can meet their current needs and plans/goals for the future.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR, experience, preferably with supervisory responsibility
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
  • HR Certification is a plus (PHR, SPHR)
  • Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws is preferred.
  • Uphold standards of strict confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents.
  • Possess exemplary people skills, specifically strong verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Must be capable of prioritizing work to meet deadlines, manage time effectively and pay close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple entities.
