We are looking for a full time HR specialist to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks for office located in Conroe, TX.

Job duties includes:

• Compiling Houston Region paperwork and calculation of, including human resources, state licensing (and renewals of same), payroll, new hires, insurance, activity reports, TCID weekly hours and annual employee evaluations, injury and incident reports.
• Gathering and filing of documents detailing timesheets, radio logs, trooper evaluation hours and timely recording of trooper evaluations, and support logs.
• Record and report client’s billable hours.
• Accounts for and disburse petty cash.
• Maintains personnel and business files.
• Completes telephone interviews of prospective employees.

· Files for Texas Security Guard records including initial testing.

• Collates and organizes shift reports into a master monthly report.
• Answers telephones and greets clients and employees.
• Insures that a professional office environment is maintained in the common area.
• Reports to Corporate Office/Accounting Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
