PURPOSE: Partnering with key stakeholders, this role will drive continuous improvement and standardization of Human Resource processes, to support current and future operational needs in the US. This role will identify and document transactional processes and create plans to gain efficiency and eliminate nonvalue added activities which will improve HR team performance and customer satisfaction. As a change agent, this role will provide training, communication and coaching to the HR team.
JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Lead multiple improvement initiatives from initiation, analysis, solution design and execution to deliver successful outcomes using proven techniques (DMAIC, six sigma, lean, etc.).
- Partner with COE’s and HR Business Partners to resolve process related issues impacting improvement initiatives.
- Drive change management by measuring, documenting and communicating progress and celebrating success.
- Effectively partner and influence in order to deliver scalable, optimized solutions.
- Responsible for timely and effective project communications to include stakeholders and project sponsors
- Plans and coordinates implementation plans with user community and ensures that the desired outcome is achieved.
- Promote continuous improvement and its activities to the team, to encourage participation and support
- Work with the HRIS and others to assess what processes can be automated.
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
- Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company’s 2025 Strategy.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or Communications; Master’s Degree preferred; SPHR/PHR Certification preferred
- Minimum of fifteen years’ experience in HR Operations and/or HR Systems required
- Excellent communicator with the capability to interact, facilitate and influence a diverse group of stakeholders
- Proven analytical skills. Able to evaluate situations and present effective solutions, recommendations, and measures. Uses data to tell the story and influence change.
- Strong organizational, presentation, time management and business partnering skills, with ability to multi-task and alter direction easily to accommodate changing priorities. \\
- Experience capturing and validating business requirements while working with diverse user communities.
- Evaluates project solutions with stakeholders, taking into consideration business impact and change management requirements.
- Provide support to business during project implementations.
- Complete integrity and reliability to manage and perform sensitive and confidential work.
- Working knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems; SuccessFactors preferred
- Experience in change Management, Lean/Six Sigma, and project management methodologies preferred.
