The Center City Philadelphia team employs compassionate Care Professionals who share our dedication to enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families. Our non-medical services support a wide range of needs, from companionship and personal care to specialized Alzheimer's care and hospice support.

As the HR Generalist you would work in our small, yet busy office to recruit, screen, hire, train, and engage a staff of Care Professionals (CPs) in order to provide the highest quality service to our clients. You will work in partnership with the Service Department to coordinate CP schedules and our Client Care Team to ensure CPs are supported and have the tools they need to be successful.

Logistics:
  • M-F 8:30am - 4:30pm
  • Flexibility to work 1 day per week remotely
  • Limited On Call Responsibilities (additionally compensated)
Pay Range:
  • 50,000 to 80,000 per year
  • Up to 10% Bonus

Requirements:
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • 3+ years Human Resources Experience
  • 2+ years Recruiting Experience
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher
  • Home Health or Senior Care Experience
  • Employed in an HR position in a medium sized company, 100+ Employees
Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment - develop and implement new recruitment strategies, monitor and move candidates through the pipeline of ATS, schedule and conduct employment interviews, conduct reference checks, background checks and drug screens
  • Learning and Development - evaluate, update, and conduct new employee orientation and ongoing training for Care Professionals
  • Employee Relations - schedule and conduct CP check ins, probationary, and annual reviews and all supervision including regular performance conversations, accountabilities and problem resolution
  • Compliance - monitor compliance for local and federal labor and safety laws, create and maintain all employment records
