Job description

  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain digital copies of team members' records.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, processing background checks, extending offers.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Assist with new hire orientations and update records of new team members.
  • Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
  • Assist in planning quarterly activities for the team members.
  • Assist with management of attendance policy.
  • Assists with processing of terminations.
  • Support other assigned functions.
  • Ability to keep sensitive information private

Education

Required
  • High School or better
