Job description

CVR is seeking qualified, reliable private cleaners for the winter season to join our team to clean and care for private vacation rental homes. Hours are dependent on winter occupancy. Possible full-time year-round work for the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and supply vacation rentals for incoming guest ( cleaning all surfaces, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills

• Previous experience as a cleaner is beneficial but no experience is needed
• Be able to adapt to changes in schedule as last-minute guest arrive
• Be able to take direction and execute cleaning procedures based on company standards

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
