Our company values an individual who is responsible, creative, team-oriented and detail-orientated. Our Housekeeping Manager is in charge of overseeing and managing the housekeeping department and all its functions. The ideal candidate will be extremely flexible and have great communication skills. Weekends are required for this positions. PAY VARIES DPEENDING ON EXPERIENCE

Shifts start at 8:30am and end usually by 5pm - 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate cleaning staff and laundry workers.
• Plan and direct the work of housekeepers.
• Oversee the selection and acquisition of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Monitor quality control to ensure that all staff adhere to company standards.
• Inspecting every room and its clean to company standards.
• Be able to handle providing feedback to a housekeeper and sending them back to clean room again if issue with room.
• Be able to clean a room if its needed.
• Communicate with front desk about guest still in room and what condition rooms are in.
• Communicate with General Manager about any issues or equipment problems.
• Must have open availability no restricted times and be able to work 6+ days if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
