Job description
- Responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned rooms or areas according to Mint House standards and procedures, including: making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removal of trash, cleaning kitchens, refrigerators, microwaves and running dishes, glasses and flatware through dishwasher
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Monitor and control supplies and amenities, and minimize waste within all areas of housekeeping
- Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
- Notify supervisor on any damages, deficits and disturbances
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
