Alaris Health at Belgrov, a 120 bed-skilled nursing Center in Kearny, New Jersey, seeks a housekeeping aide to ensure that the Center is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times to provide for care and welfare of the residents in a healthful environment. Additional responsibilities include:
- following specific cleaning and service instructions and procedures in a safe manner
- completing all assignments scheduled in each unit and giving each unit the attention required to provide a sanitary, odor-free, orderly environment
- checking stock and notifying supervisor of supply needs
- maintaining equipment in good working condition and returning it to proper location after use
- and above all, ensuring that residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individuals’ needs and rights
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school degree or equivalent is preferred
- Ability to perform essential job functions
