About The Elm:

Located in the lake community of Little Elm, Texas, just minutes between Frisco and Denton, The Elm will offer 77 guest rooms and suites with a unique bar and coffee shop overlooking Lake Lewisville. This new-build boutique location will embody the relaxed lake life that Little Elm loves, in an approachable and upscale setting.

The Role:

Little Elm’s scene is evolving, and at The Elm we’re making it happen. We’re seeking a detailed and self-motivated Housekeeper/Room Attendant to join our opening team of dynamic and passionate hospitality professionals.

Position Requirements:

• Cleaning and resetting guest bedroom, coffee area and bathroom areas
• Changing linens, making beds, organizing collateral on tables, straightening furniture, dusting and vacuuming of rooms, emptying trash
• Being courteous and helpful to guests, including reporting any guest requests or preferences
• Completing assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Performing additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
• Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of the job, the Housekeeping Room Attendant is required to stand, walk, handle or feel objects, tools, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl; talk, hear; reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and sometimes lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Exert physical effort in being able to clean multiple rooms per shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

• Little Elm, TX 75068: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
