What we need to expect from you:

• Reliability. It's not a come to work job when you feel like it. We reserve work for you and your team everyday. If you have excessive absences, we can't plan work for you.
• Quality: You care about the work you do and it shows! You are meticulous with an eye for detail and nothing gets by you.
• Teamwork: Good attitude and enjoyable to work with as a team
• Followership: Willingness and ability to learn new systems and processes from the Leadership Teams assigned to train you
• Vehicle: You need a reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license and current insurance. (You share driving responsibility with your teammate. Don't worry, most schedules are less than 30 miles total!).
• Physical: You like to clean and don't have physical limitations that prevent you from doing your job. This is a VERY physical job and we don't pretend it's not.
• Pets: Comfortable cleaning in homes with dogs and cats

Cleaner/Housekeeper requirements:

• No experience necessary. We train you! Professional House Cleaner responsibilities: cleaning customer homes as a team following our cleaning process
• Driving as a team between our office and customer homes
• Available between 7:45 AM - 5 PM , Monday – Friday
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance for shared driving - must be able to drive during any given workday.
• Maintain an active, daily schedule while providing high-quality cleanings
• A team player with a great attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Bending, stooping, crawling, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds.
• Willing to submit to a nationwide background check

Work location: our Professional House Cleaners report to o ur Rochester Hills, MI, office to get their daily work assignments, supplies and equipment, and service homes within the Oakland and Macomb County area.
