Robert Half Healthcare Practice has partnered with a well-known hospital located in Aurora, CO to fill a full-time on site Medical Billing Specialist opening!

As a Hospital Billing Specialist, your daily responsibilities will include the following: Payment posting, Insurance Follow-Up, Work with collections and payment plans, Process daily deposits, Process electronic billing, Manage weekly aging report and resolve outstanding issues related to assigned payor, and to Assist in monthly review of all A/R and denied claims. You will work in a high volume and fast-paced setting billing and processing medical claims.

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 7am - 3:30pm

Job Requirements will include the following:
High school diploma
Experience utilizing all payors
Minimum of 3 years of inpatient hospital billing experience
Must understand health insurance claims processing
EPIC experience preferred but not required
Must be familiar with UB-04 forms
