This position is responsible for the delivery of appliances and various home tech products.

Key Responsibilities

• Drives a positive customer experience by building relationships and providing solutions to their needs.
• Moves products safely to curbside (door, driveway, or garage)
• Completes all paperwork and obtains client signature electronically for proof of delivery.
• Manages inventory and vehicle maintenance according to established vehicle standards and processes.
• Leads or assists on two person jobs as well as performs work alone.

- Drivers must be able to operate a 26 ft box truck and deliver appliances.

-Hours varies depending on performance

-Day starts on the dock at 6:00 am (give or take) and finishes when all stops are complete.

-Complete a full route daily, which consists of loading, unloading, and delivering.

-Must execute each delivery in a safe and efficient manner to prevent any claims due to damages.

-Must be reliable and have a good attendance history

-No major felonies in the past 10 years. (NO THEFT OR SEXUAL ASSAULT CHARGES)

Basic Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience
• 6 months of experience in one or more of the following: delivery or military equivalent
• Current, valid driver's license
• Have and maintain a driving record which meets our safety standards (e.g. minimal number of violations/accidents, etc.)
• Ability to consistently lift up to 350 pounds individually or 700 pounds as a team with the use of support tools such as a harness, dolly, and lift
• Be at least 21 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in doing deliveries
• Experience actively using and learning about technology products
