Job description
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Marina Service Technicians and Houseboat Maintenance - responsible for providing marina services such as carpentry, electrical, minor mechanical, and dock maintenance, as well as docking, fueling, and assisting customers with their boats. You will be responsible for ensuring that our houseboats are well-maintained, serviced, and ready for our guests' arrival. Experience in boat maintenance and handyman-type repairs is desired, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that all equipment is in working order. The ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Boat Mechanics - responsible for repairing and maintaining houseboat and small boat engines and generators of all sizes and types. This includes diagnosing and repairing engine problems, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that all boats are in good working order. The ideal candidates will have experience in boat mechanics, strong attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Houseboat Cleaning - responsible for ensuring that our houseboats are thoroughly cleaned throughout, including kitchens, staterooms, and bathrooms, and ready for our guests. The ideal candidates will have experience in housekeeping, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Toy Box Rental Center Attendant - responsible for renting out watercraft, such as ski boats, fishing boats, patio boats, party barges, paddleboards, water skis, wakeboards and wake surfboards, to our guests and ensuring they are returned in good condition. This includes providing safety instructions, collecting rental fees, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order. The ideal candidates will have experience in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer Service/Store Clerk - as a member of our Customer Service team, you will provide excellent customer service to our guests in person and over the phone. You will also be responsible for helping with boat and RV park reservations, running the resort general store, a t-shirt shop and maintaining store inventory, driving the resort shuttle bus, and managing guest parking. The ideal candidates will have experience in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Gas Dock Service - responsible for fueling and pump outs of houseboats and small boats, collecting payment, and ensuring that all safety procedures are followed. The ideal candidates will have experience in customer service, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $15.50 - $22.00 per hour
