We are a full service law firm of approximately 150 lawyers. We multiple have multiple offices throughout California allowing us to serve our clients'​ needs worldwide. We provide counseling and litigation services in a wide range of areas including environment, land use and energy, intellectual property, labor and employment, corporate, bankruptcy, entertainment, real estate, tax and trusts & estates. Our clientele includes a variety of industry sectors including manufacturing, banking and financial services, hospitality, real estate and development, building materials, agriculture, health care, retail, consumer products, motor vehicle, charitable organizations, as well as individuals.

We seek a Client Relations Manager to serve as a strategic partner, supporting the Firm's Partners by enhancing existing client relationships and ensuring Partners have the tools necessary to provide their clients with the highest level of service. Engaging with Partners throughout the Firm, the Client Relations Manager will harness the unique ambitions of each practice group and translate that into actionable solutions for the success of the Firm. As part of the Marketing department, the Client Relations Manager will work closely with the Marketing team on both challenging and engaging projects, contributing to the Firm's culture of excellence that enables everyone at the firm to do their best work. This position will work with a client-centric focus to leverage existing relationships to develop business and to ensure that we are meeting the expectations of existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
  • Handle client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Work with the legal team to ensure that clients receive high-quality legal services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Manage client billing and payment processes
  • Identify opportunities for new business development through client interactions
  • Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and client communications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in client relations or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a legal environment
  • Legal background or education

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

  • Working Directly in a Law Firm: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Customer relationship management: 3 years (Required)
