Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Hi-Rel assembler technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling electromechanical devices with high reliability precision under the microscope, and have a strong background in clean room manufacturing and J-Standard certification soldering.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble electromechanical devices with high reliability precision under the microscope
• Work in a clean room environment
• Perform J-Standard certification soldering
• Follow assembly procedures and instructions to ensure product quality and reliability
• Use various hand and power tools to assemble parts and components
• Perform inspections and quality control checks on completed assemblies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or technical certification in related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in hi-rel assembly or related field
• Strong soldering skills and J-Standard certification
• Experience working in a clean room environment
• Ability to read and interpret assembly procedures and instructions
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in electromechanical assembly
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good communication and organizational skills
