Your Impact to the Mission:
- Primary responsibilities include laptop imaging, staging, shipping, patch management and inventory management;
- Support and assist in all areas of IT/PC support; Microsoft O365 account maintenance; build and load Windows operating systems, removes or updates user account information, resets passwords, etc.
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of a multi-site environment that includes Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows operating systems, hardware, software, peripherals, cloud and network-based services, telecommunications, etc.;
- Ensure all work is done in compliance with the ISO 20000 and 27000 management systems;
- Create and maintain IT procedural and system documentation;
- Assist with the planning, migration and integration of critical business systems and applications;
- Responding to user requests, problems and concerns. Implement effective solutions and provide regular updates and feedback to users and managers regarding the status of efforts to resolve more complex problems;
- Create system documentation and assist in documenting changes to new and existing system processes and procedures;
- Participate in ISO, CMMI and CMMC audits;
- Respond to after-hours network and system outages and other emergencies;
- Perform special projects as assigned.
Experience Needed to Be Successful:
- 2 years supporting corporate IT environments, in a structured environment that has processes, change management, and a ticketing system;
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Office365 is required;
- 2 years’ experience as a desktop or endpoint administrator. Systems administration experience must demonstrate responsibility for the operation of User account creation in Azure, installation of workstation operating system and application software, Active Directory, Dynamic Groups, utilities.
- Documenting processes and creating and maintaining operating procedures experience;
- Hands on experience with Dell laptops, Dell maintenance and support tickets;
- Windows 11 imaging and deployment
- Ability and willingness to obtain a security clearance.
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
- Knowledge of ISO 20000 and ISO 27000 standards;
- Knowledge of CMMI and CMMC;
- Microsoft Azure and Office 365 administration is a must;
- Prefer experience with Microsoft GCC High

- Education Requirement: Associate's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related
