Overview:
Provide and perform a wide range of systems administration and life cycle management tasks to support and sustain IT networks as directed by the Government IT Lead.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the entry point for the Program Office by receiving, logging, resolving and/or escalating requests for service.
  • Assist with system account and system token requests.
  • Provide phone and desk side support to the Program Office user base.
  • Develop plans and dates associated with tasks and provide status updates as required by the Government Program Manager.
  • Serve as the NMCI POC to coordinate the acquisition and tech refresh of NMCI assets.
  • Assist with system account and system token requests.
  • Provide Assured File Transfer (AFT) capabilities across multiple classified networks following documented policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other teams to assist in the installation of infrastructure hardware and software.
  • Communicate daily issues to include, but not limited to, network outages, system failures, or noncompliance in accordance with applicable government regulations to cybersecurity staff and stakeholders.
  • Adhere to IS security laws and regulations to support functional operations for the network environment.
  • Support COMSEC network devices.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Requirements:
  • Education / Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
    • High School diploma
    • Possess DoD Approved Baseline Certification as Information Assurance Technical Level I in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M/8140 (i.e. Security+ CE).
  • Experience:
    • Demonstrated IAT Level I experience supporting network enterprise (NE) knowledge and skills.
    • Demonstrated work experience in the Information Technology field. Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity policies or technical cybersecurity solutions. Demonstrated work experience with Windows operating systems.
