Victor Excavating is seeking motivated heavy equipment operators to join our team. An equipment operator is responsible for the daily operations of a variety of heavy equipment including but not limited to the following: excavators, bulldozers, etc. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment
- Understands, interprets and follows directions from supervisors
- Experience with rough and finish grading with a dozer
- Understands grades and able to interpret site plans
- Able to work independently as well as with others to complete daily activities according to work schedule
Requirements:
- 3 year experience of heavy equipment operation
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Complete tasks by safely and efficiently operating and maintaining equipment
- Team player, able to get along with a diverse group of people
- Dependability is a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
