As a Healthcare Recruiter, primary responsibilities will focus on the recruitment of healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurses, Advanced Practice, and other clinical roles.

You will be expected to:

• Generate a high volume of outbound calls daily
• Recruit qualified healthcare professionals utilizing the internet, job boards, cold calls, and referrals
• Screen and interview qualified candidates
• Stay connected with candidates throughout the entire hiring process
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to generate referrals and sales leads

To become a Healthcare Recruiter at ABSS, you must have at least 2 years of sales or customer service experience, as well as:

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Team player, enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Ability to set and exceed goals
• High level of written and oral communication skills
• Ability to think outside of the box
