North Allegheny School District seeks candidates to fill a Health and Physical Education Teacher position at North Allegheny Senior High School effective August 15, 2023.
The Health and Physical Education Teacher develops students' understanding of health and physical education activities including personal fitness, lifetime leisure skills, motor skill development, and the effects of physical activity on body systems. The teacher will also instruct courses regarding personal health and hygiene, substance abuse prevention, human growth and development, and community health and violence prevention. Creates and maintains good relationships with parents and other staff members.
Bachelor's Degree and Pennsylvania Health and Physical Education K-12 Certification are required.
Experience in Education preferred.
