We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to join Kirk Key, part of the Sentric Safety Group.

Position Summary:
Manage and oversee the sales operations of the company for Americas. Work with other department heads to monitor and make recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an active member of the Senior Leadership Team.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plan and actions that successfully achieve business growth objectives across different customer types, verticals, and product lines.
- Effectively manage our external and internal sales teams though clear metrics to deliver profitable growth and meet or exceed their targets.
- Conduct weekly and monthly sales assessments and take corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain industry knowledge and awareness of customers' needs and market trends.
- Research available data to accurately forecast and set appropriate performance goals within the Sales team.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and to maintain long lasting relationships.
- Complete market research and analyze results to adjust sales and marketing strategy for maximum success and goals attainment.
- Hire, onboard, and coach new sales representatives and new indirect channel partners.
- Submit accurate sales forecasts as needed for operations and finance.
- Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable sales team and indirect channel partners to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.
- Meet customers and manage their expectations to contribute to high level of customer satisfaction through the internal and external sales teams.
- Conduct analysis of sales risk and benefits on business initiatives.
- Define and communicate sales staff incentive programs that motivate team to achieve individual sales targets.
- Work with Global marketing to deliver market-based plans for the Americas.
- Other projects and duties assigned.

- Proven sales leadership experience, meeting, or exceeding targets.
- Proven strategic planning experience at the management level.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Proven ability to develop strong and sustainable indirect channel partners.
- Strong listening, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Keep an open and transparent culture within the business.
- Demonstrate creative and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work and thrive within a matrix management environment.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. An MBA is a plus. 5-10 years’ experience in leading a direct sales team and indirect channel partners.
Language skills:
- Essential: Excellent verbal and written skills English
- French and or Spanish are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
