Job description

About the Role

The marketing team at MoEngage is globally spread across the US, Brazil, the UK, UAE, India & Indonesia. We have a Regional + Central team matrix structure. Each region has a marketing head, which is supported by a team of local marketers and centralized marketers in India.

The North American region is currently supported by a team of 6 marketers who are based in the US. These are field/event marketers, demand gen managers, and product marketers. The region is also supported by dedicated content marketers and digital marketers based in India.

In addition, shared central marketing services are available such as marketing operations, website operations, central product marketers, and creative design.

The Head of Marketing for North America is expected to lead the local marketing team and collaborate effectively with the central marketing functions to build a brand, generate demand, and capture demand.

This is a high-visibility leadership role within the North American region but also globally and will work closely with the global C-suite.

You would be expected to participate in the overall business planning for North America and create marketing plans that align with the business. You would be responsible for the people and budget resources required to execute your marketing plan.

You would own the marketing calendar for North America, cutting across events, SEO/SEM, paid social/ABM, content marketing, product marketing, analyst relations, and PR. You are also expected to collaborate closely with the US-based SDRs, partnership, sales, and customer success teams to drive initiatives that can help move the needle regarding brand and demand.

Your success would be measured by your ability to create a predictable demand-generation engine. And your ability to do so with the right level of marketing spend. You would also be measured on your ability to manage stakeholders, provide visibility of marketing impact, and uncover insights about what’s working/what’s not working and what we should change.
