The Global Risk Solutions (GRS) Cyber team seeks a Head of Cyber Risk Advisory Services, a highly visible role both internally and externally, to help our Insurance Solutions team continue its progress of profitable growth. This role will be responsible for defining the global strategy and standards for the team and requires a highly coordinated, self-motivated individual with strong technical acumen as well as superior verbal and written communication skills. This role will manage a professional and technical staff responsible for driving profitability across GRS through cyber risk expertise and engagement with internal stakeholders (underwriting, claims, actuarial, risk), clients and brokers. Creates a standard for effective risk assessment and measurement to help underwriters make informed decisions. Engages with clients to understand and mitigate cyber risk.

Responsibilities

Defines global strategy and standards for Cyber Risk Advisory Services.
Works with underwriting and claims teams to develop consistent criteria to evaluate cyber risk management quality of insureds, enabling underwriters to appropriately evaluate exposures.
Responsible for the creation and maintenance of a dynamic risk identification and selection tool.
Develops strategies for continuous risk monitoring, analytics and proactive risk mitigation for clients
Manages a team of cyber risk advisors responsible for providing subject matter expertise on cyber risks and solutions assisting GRS underwriters, brokers and clients.
Engages with Liberty IT and Cyber Security to share knowledge and best practices
Evaluates efficacy and outcomes related to existing market services such as broker cyber services, vendor capabilities, and competitor capabilities.
Thought leadership internally and externally through articles, blogs, emails, panels and in direct conversations with stakeholders.
Assists risk management team with cyber-model evaluations, testing and model output
Works with product leader on development and training
Provides input to ERM Committee with respect to RDS enterprise exposures and identifies, tracks and resolves emerging issues.
