About the Company
Harmonic Health is a tech-enabled care partner that empowers PCPs and Neurologists to manage the increasing prevalence of Neurodegenerative Diseases (NDD), in particular the rise of Alzheimer's, Dementia, and Parkinson's (PD) and the impact these NDDs have on patients' comprehensive health outcomes. The company's multidisciplinary care team of mid-levels augments existing clinicians' capabilities to deliver the "gold standard" of coordinated care in a scalable way to move NDD care into a value-based model.
About the Job
As our Head of Clinical Operations, you will design and own the clinical model including recruiting and training of clinical staff that are integral to the Harmonic Health's care model. You will work directly with the CEO to solidify the clinical model for the initial pilot program. We're looking for a skilled clinical operator who has experience building complex, cross-functional teams to completion with strong execution acumen.
This role will report directly to the new venture's CEO.
What you'll do:
- You will lead and recruit the initial care team to start serving patients for the pilot program
- You will finalize the needed KPIs to determine success within the pilot program
- You will establish continuous feedback loops with the clinical team; work with the care team to address any bottlenecks and document best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness as we scale
- You will collaborate with all stakeholders of the business as well as managing the care resources that are both virtual and "on the ground."
What you'll need:
- You have 10+ years of experience working with PCPs and Neurologists, experience recruiting care teams; experience with care management, specifically in tele-health, specifically 2+ years of experience in a startup environment
- You have 5+ years of people management experience, you understand how to motivate employees and build team culture, with a 0-1 rapid scaling experience
- You have the experience with recruiting and training a clinical care team (from social worker to NPs to MDs), from 0-1
- You have experience developing and implementing clinical processes and protocols
What you'll bring to the table:
- You have a deep understanding of clinical processes and protocols as well as care pathway development
- You have strong analytical and project management skills evidenced by a certification (PMP, or Agile cert)
- You have the needed expertise in NDD and a deep understanding of the patient set, and SDOH / behavioral health issues
- You have knowledge of billing and coding, ideally experience in fee for service and VBC (especially in PMPM model)
