The Role
You will manage a team of territory leaders who are experts in strategic charitable solutions and passionate about driving growth across all intermediary distribution channels including, but not limited to, Investments, Law, Financial Planning, Accounting, Family Office, and Corporate. In addition to playing an integral role in Fidelity Charitable’s distribution of Charitable Practice Management throughout these channels, you will also partner closely with other businesses across the Fidelity enterprise.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
10 +years Institutional (business to business) sales experience
5+ years sales management/equivalent experience
Demonstrated effective sales process
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Effective organization and prioritization skills
Strategic development and planning skills
Your high emotional intelligence and interest in other human beings
Desire to roll your sleeves up and work with and for your people
Self-awareness and proven history of self-improvement

This exciting role leads Fidelity Charitable’s National Intermediary Fundraising team! Working together with the nation’s intermediary ecosystem, this national team of authorities and charitable practice management consultants is driving catalytic transformational philanthropy with a goal of enlisting advisors and donors committed to democratizing strategic philanthropy and granting massive amounts of capital to the nation’s charities.
