We are currently seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team. If you are someone who thrives in a dynamic, face-paced environment, works well with a team, and has a "customer service spirit" that pushes you to go above and beyond to ensure our guests have everything they need for a memorable stay in their furnished apartment, then we want you!
Full-time position typically Monday – Friday with an occasional Saturday or Sunday
8-hour shifts ranging between 8:30 am - 6:00 pm.

Job Summary:
The Guest Experience Coordinator provides excellent customer service via email and phone to our guests staying in our furnished corporate apartments and is responsible for maintaining good working relations with our team and properties. The Guest Experience Coordinator will be the main point of contact for our guests throughout the entire journey of their stay providing excellent guest satisfaction. The Guest Experience Coordinator should have great telephone presentation, excellent grammar and writing skills, and be self-motivated, problem-solving in nature, and well organized. They should also be friendly, energetic, and assertive as well.
Key Features of your Day
- Get to know each guest and keep personal files updated of guest specifics for return visits.
- Creatively adding an element of surprise prior or during each stay, if applicable
- Provide excellent customer service to guests with constant communication.
- Enter / manage daily service requests to include follow up.
- Work directly with operations staff, apartment communities, vendors & industry partners.
- Create and Manage guest arrivals and departures.
- Review inspections of furnished apartments to ensure everything is in order prior to guests’ arrival.
- Frequent submission into company’s inventory management system.
- Other duties or projects as may be assigned.
Best Candidates will Have.
- 1+ year customer service experience in a similar field of work. Previous corporate housing or multi-family experience a plus, but not required.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High emotional intelligence
- Genuine desire to help others
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to interact patiently, tactfully, and diplomatically with internal and external guests.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
