Role and Responsibilities

The Growth Coordinator is responsible for securing new business by identifying prospects, building a qualified sales pipeline using both inbound and outbound leads. The ideal candidate is results oriented with outstanding communication skills. He/She must be self-driven, motivated, and able to support the company sales goals.

  • Establish relationships with new customers by proactively making calls to secure contracts and hit target revenue goals.
  • Build a consistent pipeline of new business by creating relevant targeted lists of prospects using multiple avenues.
  • Set meetings with prospective clients by partnering with outside sales representatives and coordinate follow-up activities when necessary.
  • Learn and promote the company’s products and services.
  • Ensure all sales activity is recorded consistently and accurately in CRM software.
  • Proactively identify obstacles with new agents by working with the operations team.
  • Ensure completion of sales and operation requirements by working with other departments.
  • Represent to company and its brand in a positive and professional manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailed oriented with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects, utilizing available resources.
  • Time management skills.
  • Technology skills – Google Docs, Zoom, CRM
  • Social Media Savvy - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn, ect.
  • Ability to shift focus/react appropriately as time-sensitive issues arise
  • Service-based attitude
  • Proven ability to succeed
  • Ability to work independently without supervision and still achieve.
  • Must be a Team Player

Preferred Experience, Training, and Education

  • Associates degree in business or related
  • 1+ years inside and/or outside sales experience
  • Real Estate Industry experience is a plus*
