Dreyfuss Management is looking for a motivated Groundskeeperfor a large Multi-Family Community located in Pittsburgh, PA.

Summary of Primary Job Duties and Requirements

• Must be able to work in all weather conditions
• Skills in painting

• Responsible for the overall cleanliness and appearance of the entire property.
• Inspect and report any deficiencies found in public areas, hallways or throughout the property.
• Assist in maintaining the physical appearance of the property, i.e., flower beds, shrubbery, sidewalks, parking lots, fencing, trash enclosures, etc.
• Removal of bulk trash items from trash rooms and apartments.
• Assist maintenance personnel when assigned.
• Distribute resident correspondents as needed.
• Distribute and pick-up directionals weekly.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Must be able to climb a 15 ft. ladder unassisted.
• Clear all walkways and public areas of snow or debris.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance vehicle
• Other duties as assigned.
