Overview:

JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to a Manager/Sr. Manager/Director of Marketing, the Graphic Designer will work closely with the internal marketing and brand team to design and produce a variety of creative pieces including print assets, corporate collateral, sales sheets, Power Point presentations and digital assets.


Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Design of marketing communication pieces including overall theme development, for case studies, whitepapers, email templates, and infographics.
  • Create and produce marketing communications (print and digital) pieces for a wide variety of internal clients.
  • Manage production of print pieces from conception to completion.
  • Creates designs, and concepts layouts based on knowledge of brand culture and esthetic design concepts; ensuring all creative assets are consistent and uphold brand standards
  • Design all event collateral, signage, presentations and giveaways for internal and external events. Maintain quality check on all pieces.
  • Assist in online platform redesigns, including intranet websites and custom landing page layouts.
  • Work with our brand team around the development and management of our global brand.
  • Collaborate with marketing team and internal teams to develop creative solutions and then translate those solutions through a variety of channels.
  • Stay current on industry trends.
  • Mentor and work with other designers (staff, freelance, agency partners, interns, etc.). (I, II, III)
  • Follow design strategy and direction from senior marketing and brand team.
  • Design marketing materials from conception to end production including print advertisements, brochures, sales materials and posters.
  • Work with digital marketing team to design emails, landing pages, social media graphics and display advertisements.
  • Support executive leadership team and sales teams on the design of PowerPoint presentations. (I, II, III)
  • Communicate and work collaboratively with peers and clients.
  • Work with on multiple projects and assignments at one time and be able to produce creative to meet deadlines. (I, II, III)
  • Support creative projects, as needed for communications, sales and marketing teams.
  • Has excellent creativity and design skill in all areas of design, i.e. print, web, PPT and beyond.
  • Ability to efficiently multitask and manage workload while hitting deadlines provided by project managers or self-assigned with limited to no oversight.
  • Responsible for conceptualization and design of projects start to finish with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication with the design team and across functional teams Does not require oversight on how to problem solve and leverage critical thinking skills.


Qualifications

Skills and Abilities
  • Expert knowledge in graphic production process
  • Exceptional visual style and understanding of typography, layout, color and images.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • MAC and PC Proficient.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat. (I, II, III)
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
  • Strong project management experience and comfort in working in a team environment. (I, II, III)
  • Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills.
  • Adaptable and quick learner. Must be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding the Aerotek brand identity
  • Develop easy to understand layouts from complex content
  • Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography, a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Work well with tight deadlines individually or in a team environment.
  • Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision. (I, II, III)
