About the Role
As the Global Treasurer you will be responsible for managing solutions to cash and debt management, currency exposure /commodity price risk, manage banking relationships, pension investment(s), insurance (risk management) and hedging activities following Board approved strategies. You will be located at our global headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri and report to the VP of Finance.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Financial leader responsible for providing a highly transparent and effective Global Treasury operation that is governed by sound business controls
• Manages daily cash flow, movement of funds, and banking activity enterprise wide. This includes managing global banking relationships
• Works with international locations on managing global cash and debt requirements
• Leads ongoing cash forecasting and develops effective strategies to maximize cash efficiencies – i.e., implementation of notional pooling
• Assists in leading risk management for the company and works with insurance brokers to define coverage recommendations, in addition to working with business and general counsel on any claims
• Plays a key support role in supporting our growth strategy through evaluation and execution of potential acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures. This also includes M&A integration planning and execution
• Helps to manage the pension and 401(k) investment portfolios
• Supports Shareholder Relations and periodic reporting
• Works directly with controlling shareholder and outside stock transfer agent to manage share / dividend transactions
• Develops international capitalization & dividend repatriation strategies
• Develops and manages strategies, operations, policies, and budgets relating to treasury activities
• Supervises the maintenance of internal controls designed to safeguard corporate assets and the integrity of its fiscal systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related degree required
• Minimum 10 years of treasury/finance/accounting experience
• Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications

• Masters or advanced degree preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) / Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) certification preferred
