Global Mobility Partner (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Global Mobility Partner to join our Human Resources team. Preferably located in our Berlin Headquarters, the Global Mobility Partner will be responsible for the international assignments in a dynamic global medical device organization to enable a mobile workforce and promote diverse global career paths. The Global Mobility Partner acts as the end-to-end expert advisor to managers, employees and HR colleagues and ensures that cross-border employments are implemented in a legally compliant manner, in alignment with our business strategy and strike the right balance between business and employee needs. The Global Mobility Partner will be point of contact for vendors, authorities, and institutions. We’re looking for someone with broad and in-depth knowledge in the field of mobility as a strong collaborator for our team.
Your Responsibilities
- Work on the refresh and continuous improvement of our company’s Global Mobility program and the development of relevant cross-border working guidelines. Identify critical action items and improve employee experience
- Advise and support managers and HR colleagues regarding cross-border employments and provide timely, cost effective solutions, while maintaining consistency and transparency
- Provide advice and support to employees around their assignments abroad
- Manage international assignments within the Biotronik Group, while complying with all legal requirements at home and abroad. Strong focus on international payroll, tax, and social security implications.
- Improve Global Mobility related processes and tools as required. Ensure proper administration and documentation
- Engage with external service providers and other suppliers to ensure appropriate service levels. Proactively manage vendor performance, vendor selection as needed and support new implementations
- Analyse operational metrics, highlight trends and areas of opportunity, and turn data points into insights. Prepare necessary reports
- Develop and deliver training and other education interventions
Your profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, Tax, or comparable
- A proven successful career in preparing, executing, and managing international assignments in all its aspects in either a global mobility or an international HR role
- Excellent interpersonal, articulation and communication skills with the ability to influence and educate confidently across all levels of the organization
- Clear of taxation, social security, and immigration
- Experience in developing processes, international assignment policies and practices
- Experience in vendor management around international assignments
- Good network in the mobility community
- Experience in supporting multiple clients, locations and/or markets in a global organisation
