About the Role
This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of Uber's Global CRM team. In this role, you will work with a growing team that’s responsible for delivering communications and making an impact every day.
As a Global CRM Marketing Manager for Earners, you will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and reporting of incentivized and non promo-focused communications to millions of Uber drivers and couriers globally, via owned digital channels.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end global CRM strategies focused on the growth and engagement of our Earner lifecycle
- Lead creation and execution of campaigns for earner incentives products that deliver against strategic business goals
- Work cross functionally with product and operations partners
- Develop best in class learning agendas from experimentation planning and development to scaling the learning
- Leverage marketing automation tools to develop transactional, promotional, and informative content strategies that enhance earner engagement
- Establish, report on, and improve critical metrics for all campaigns / communications
- Act as a key partner to the business as the voice of the customer and CRM expert
- Work with our deployment, content and creative teams to design and launch sophisticated automated campaigns using our internal and external tools
- Play-booking and documentation, keeping in mind that the findings from today will pave the way for growth in the region and other markets around the world
Basic Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years experience in the lifecycle marketing, customer communications, or the customer engagement space
- A track-record of proven business results through testing and deploying effective marketing and lifecycle campaigns across different channels
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills with the ability to balance thorough attention to detail
- Strong measurement and analysis skills
- Experience with A/B testing, messaging, and post-campaign analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with incentivized and engagement-driven campaigns preferred
- A self-starting demeanor, ready to embrace opportunities to make an impact without needing to be told
- A fervent curiosity about CRM technical solutions
- Skilled at coordinating and prioritizing multiple projects
- A strong preference for fast-paced, highly collaborative, cross-functional working environments

Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $120,000 per year - $133,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $120,000 per year - $133,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
