Location - Remote-US
You Will:
- Lead and manage up to 6Local and Regional Procurement Managers and indirectly working with Facilities Management and Country Managers.
- Managing Facilities Category; backup power, physical security, general maintenance, renovations, construction, design-build, janitorial services, MROs and other sub-categories.
- Champion the use of structured Category Management processes to develop and implement Global Facilities Procurement strategies and purchasing instructions.
- Lead Procurement strategic initiatives and negotiation at the Global, Regional and Local level of existing and new contracts for products and services needed by the organization and work collaboratively with Operational Procurement teams and OPS stakeholders to attain Sitel's shared corporate goals and maximize profitability while effectively meeting the companies objectives.
- Search for insights into consumer needs and category requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors.
- Research and analyze category spend data and market insights.
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Civil Engineering, Architectural design, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, or related field to Maintenance and Procurement
- 3+ years' experience in Facilities Procurement
- 3+ years in Procurement, Contracting, and Supplier relationship management experience
- Proven record of successful Procurement Category Implementation and Supplier relationship management
- Solid knowledge of the strategic sourcing and the Facilities Category management process
- Contract Management
- Global Experience - working with different countries/regions/languages
- High proficiency with design software's; Construction Management tools ie: AutoCAD, Data Visualization tools, MS Office, MS Excel required, and Graphic Design.
- Minimum of 2 languages - English required, Spanish and French preferred
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to work in a collaborative, global team environment
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Solid analytical and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills
- COUPA sourcing system is a plus
Certifications:
- Construction or Facility Management related certifications, a plus
Travel:
- Ability to travel to North America and Europe (mandatory) - 30%
