We are looking for a dynamic and creative leader who is eager to take our small business to the next level. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate leadership and make effective decisions in stressful situations. The General Manager provides both administrative and operational support for the team. In this role, you assist with audits, supply ordering, product development, training, marketing, sales and other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to balance the needs of customers and employees.
• Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
• Have the ability to create, manage and analyze sales results.
• Deal with employee grievances.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of people through face-to-face conversation and in written and electronic formats.
• Be willing to work long labor hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Be able to represent the company at events as needed.
• Have experience with basic accounting principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,830.00 - $50,612.00 per year
