We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals for our Laborer/Runner position. The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong work ethic, high integrity and is committed to doing whatever is necessary to complete the job. This position offers great opportunities for advancement and the chance to do meaningful work within a growing company. Company truck will be available for use when transporting materials, so a valid drivers license and clean driving record is a must. You will be working from any of our 25 job sites on Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Fort Myers, depending on where you are needed.

Responsibilities:

• Lift heavy objects, as well as move, stack, and transport them.
• Push, pull, bend, stretch, and climb various objects.
• Handle, move, and place objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Lift, lower, carry and position the objects with or without assistance.
• Understand basic safety precautions such as personal protective equipment (PPE) usage and lockout-tagout procedures.
• Follow instructions and procedures to perform daily tasks in an efficient manner.
• Perform tasks for a variety of companies across a variety of industry sectors.
• Have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Purchase necessary lumber and supplies, transport to job sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
