Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Taking care of customers before and after their game
- Monitoring the players as they are in the room and providing clues, as needed
- Resetting the rooms after each game
- Maintaining props
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Managing bookings
- Assisting in setting up the rooms
- Cleaning
- Other duties, as assigned by Management
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. Anyone can apply. Those with previous customer service, or related experience, are particularly encouraged.
College degree in process or completed preferred but not necessary
MUST be able to work nights and weekends.
The ideal candidate would:
- Be confident and enjoy engaging with groups
- Have the ability to multitask, handle high stress situations, and the initiative to solve problems
- Be comfortable working in a team setting
- Have some computer and/or handyperson skills
- Maintain safety standards
- Be able to improvise and think creatively as the need arises
- Be able to speak to large groups
