RYMPro Cleaning Solutions is a renowned local house cleaning company in Short Hills, NJ, offering services in some cities of Morris County, Essex County, and Union County. We are searching for house cleaners who are looking to progress their career in a locally owned and operated business. RYMPro Cleaning Solutions has serviced hundreds of customers and we are looking to grow our locally-owned business larger. House Cleaners who work with RYMPro Cleaning Solutions have lots of freedom while also having lots of structure provided to them. We allow our cleaners to adjust and pick their own working calendars and schedules while also being provided structure and the back end operations to handle all customer service for them.

Details:

• Schedule freedom (Full-Time/Part-Time), Weekdays and Weekends
• Pay $17-$20/hr + tips, cleaners are paid weekly
• Travel to clean residential homes
• Cleaners focus on quality cleaning, maintaining reliability and relationships with customers
• Company handles customers/operations, customer complaints and issues
• Possibilities for growth in the company (leadership, etc.)
• 4-7 Day Onboarding
• Start Date: ASAP, interviews and background check takes a few days.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid Driver’s License
• Must have an insured vehicle
• Professional House Cleaning Experience (2+ years)
• Must be responsive, and somewhat tech-savvy
• Must be reliable and communicate well with other staff
• General availability of minimum 24 hours or more per week for Part Time
• General availability of minimum 36 hours or more per week for Full Time
