Aspire Allergy & Sinus are a group of highly experienced Allergists, surgeons, medical providers, and support teams. Our collective mission is to cure patients who suffer from allergy and sinus problems!

Schedule

Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM & Half-day Fridays!

A Day In The Life of A Front Desk Medical Receptionist:

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
  • Administer allergy injections to patients (training will be provided)
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and provide accurate information
  • Collects payments from the patient’s outstanding balances
  • Obtains CT authorizations from the patient’s insurance company
  • Schedules follow-up appointments through our scheduling system (NextGen)
  • Records patient health information accurately into the EHR system
  • Prepare and organize patient paperwork for upcoming appointments
  • Monitors incoming pharmacy shipments and prepare it for patient pick-up
  • Conduct weekly bank deposits
  • Checks incoming mail and processes accordingly
  • Ensures all of end of day reports and logs are accurate and complete
