Busy family in Hingham is looking for a Full Time Nanny to care for their newborn baby boy (due in January!). This position could be either LIVE IN or LIVE OUT. Applicants must be at least 21 yo, non-smoking, cpr & first aid certified, fully vaccinated for Covid, and have a minimum of 3+ years experience. The family would love a nanny that will a part of the family and grow with them for many years.Responsibilities will revolve around all things baby related (bottle washing/sanitizing, laundry, general tidying). Willingness to help with household tasks such as family laundry, loading/ unloading the dishwasher as needed, & occasional meal prep during down times is essential. The family spends 2 months each summer in Nantucket and would like their nanny to come along. There is a live in quarters for the nanny on the Nantucket property.
Candidates should be caring, empathetic, proactive, & reliable, with a strong understanding of developmental milestones & willingness to provide engaging activities/teach self help skills. A valid license & clean driving record are required. Schedule: M-F 8am-6pm. Rate: $28-32/hr.
