- JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSECoordinates, schedules and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Clinic Resource Team for Primary Care and Specialty Clinics. Partners with the clinic manager on hiring, training, onboarding, and data entry. Supports day-to-day operations and staff needs.
- DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTIONThe Primary and Specialty care teams at Samaritan Health Services offer complete health care for all family members from newborns to seniors through their pediatric, family medicine, internal medicine and specialty care providers. They encourage and offer preventive care, including annual exams, health screenings and counseling regarding health and lifestyle.
- EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
One (1) of the following required:Associate's degree, one (1) year experience in a position of similar responsibility/complexity and six (6) months leadership experience.
Three (3) years experience in a position of similar responsibility/complexity and six (6) months leadership experience.
Experience or training with computer applications required.
- KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIESCommunication - Effective written and oral communication skills to explain complex issues, exchange information between team members, and tactfully discuss issues. Ability to perform group presentations and listen to and understand complex information and ideas.
Adaptability/Flexibility - Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to situations that may arise with high risk or diverse patient populations. Ability to adjust actions in relation to others and adapt to offer best possible care to patients.

Time Management - Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work to complete within required time frames and to follow-up on pending issues. Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in dynamic fast-paced environments and under pressure.
Compliance - Ability to evaluate information to determine compliance with laws, regulations, or standards. Use knowledge and judgment skills to determine whether events or processes comply.
