**MUST HAVE RECENT ACCOUNTING FIRM EXPERIENCE **

Boutique Accounting/Entertainment Business Management Firm has an opening for a Full Charge Bookkeeper (with experience). Our clients consist of actors, directors, writers and stuntmen, as well as other professionals in the entertainment industry.

Position Requirement:

** 3 - 5 years of experience in accounting in a CPA firm setting --using QuickBooks.

Must perform all aspects of day to day accounting/bookkeeping functions for accounting firm representing clients receiving service income and their loan out corporations:

- Accounts Payable (Bill Pay), Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Perform Bank Reconciliations, Payroll, Prepare Sales Tax Return and Prepare Payroll Tax Return.

** Strong payroll knowledge is preferred since the candidate must handle payroll**

Qualifications :
Must be able to work independently (self-starter) and a good team player. Strong oral and written communication skills. Must adhere to strict confidentiality policy and have a strong sense of integrity.
