About the Role

We are looking for an Individual who will be responsible for managing day to day orders in the fulfillment center and special projects.

What You Will Do

  • Perform the daily activities in HMRC focusing on high-quality, low-cost deliveries and customer satisfaction
  • Picks, packs, ships sample orders in the fulfillment center (HMRC)
  • Picks and ships LTC customer orders
  • General understanding of FEDEX/small package functions (warehouse layout, picking list, material flow, FIFO, Inventory management)
  • Special projects and kitting
  • Prepares tradeshow orders and coordinates shipments
  • Customer Service
  • Create trial packs
  • Inventory management of products, collateral, marketing, and tradeshow materials
  • Collateral review process
  • All other duties as assigned

Who You Are

  • High School or GED required
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Logistics process knowledge
  • Drive the results for HMRC area
  • Ethics, Values, and Integrity
  • Customer focus internal/external
  • Effective team player
  • Agility – (Ability to think and understand to quickly make decision)
  • Understand 5s and demonstrate maintaining required standards
  • Safety focus as well as report all Safety concerns
  • Follow processes and uphold guidelines
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision, as well as identify things that need to be corrected and fixed without supervisor direction
  • Ability to communicate issues in a timely manner
  • Attention to details
